By booking our floral design services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings & Deposits

A booking is confirmed once a non-refundable deposit is received.

The deposit amount and due date will be outlined in your quote or invoice. Dates are not held without a deposit.

2. Final Payment

The remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in delays, changes, or cancellation of services.

3. Changes to Orders

Changes to designs, quantities, or details must be requested by 4 weeks before the event. Changes are subject to flower availability and may affect pricing. Requests made after this time cannot be guaranteed.

4. Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable due to the nature of floral ordering and preparation. If the event is cancelled, any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded at our discretion, depending on costs already incurred.

5. Flower Availability & Substitutions

Flowers are subject to seasonal and market availability.

If specific flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with similar blooms of equal value and style.

6. Delivery, Setup & Collection

Delivery and setup fees will be outlined in your quote.

Collection of hired items (such as vases or arches) will occur at an agreed time. Any lost or damaged hire items may incur replacement costs.

7. Responsibility & Care

Once flowers are delivered and set up, responsibility passes to the client. We are not responsible for damage caused by weather, venue staff, guests, or animals.

8. Photography & Marketing

We reserve the right to photograph our work and use images for our website, social media, and marketing unless otherwise requested in writing.

9. Liability

While we take the utmost care, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Acceptance

Payment of a deposit confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
